Membership Rules
The OpenWeb3 membership point system is a unique service provided to users, who can enjoy but not limited to registration points, invitation rewards, token redemption, and other benefits.
1.1 Registration and Account
Members need to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information for registration and update their personal information in a timely manner. Each member account is limited to one person, and shared accounts and fake accounts are prohibited. Our company guarantees strict confidentiality of member’s personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
1.2 Payment and Refund
Members are required to pay fees according to the specified fee standards. The refund policies for various member services may vary. Please carefully read the relevant terms before purchasing.
1.3 Membership Rights
Members of different levels enjoy different rights and services. Members shall use their membership rights within the prescribed scope and shall not abuse or transfer their rights to others.
1.3.1 Free membership benefits
Invite friends to reward (based on the reward activity rules announced each time).
1.3.2 Membership Benefits with Points
Member renewal points will consume points when using various functions. Different functions consume different points, please refer to the “Points Price List” for details;
Members can use all the functions provided by developers with points, such as AI Chat, AI tools, AI graphics, AI digital people, etc;
Invite friend rewards: Share friends through an invitation code, and if the friend successfully registers, you will receive points for the invitation reward.
1.3.3 Special Members
AI mini program provider: Mini program creators or mini program owners can receive point benefits. The income is distributed in the form of points and can be exchanged for tokens;
Community Contributors: Inviting 1000 or more members will receive special point rewards and can redeem points into tokens;
Airdrop rewards (subject to each airdrop rule).
- Interpretation of equity
2.1 Code of Conduct
Members should abide by the platform or organization’s code of conduct, respect others, and refrain from publishing illegal, insulting, defamatory, vulgar or other inappropriate remarks, as well as infringing on others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
2.2 Membership Period
The validity period of membership may vary depending on different payment modes, such as monthly or annual membership. The validity period usually corresponds to the payment period. After the membership period expires, if you need to continue using the membership service, you must pay a new fee according to regulations.
2.3 Termination and Suspension
The platform or organization has the right to suspend or terminate membership in the event of members violating rules or engaging in improper behavior, without refunds.
2.4 Privacy and Data Security
The platform or organization should properly keep the personal information of members and shall not disclose or use it for other purposes without authorization.
2.5 Rule Changes
The platform or organization has the right to notify members in advance when necessary to modify membership rules. If a member continues to use the service after the rules have been changed, it will be considered as accepting the modified rules.
All interpretation rights of the above content belong to our company, and our company has the right to make adjustments at any time as needed and notify members in advance.
会員規則
OpenWeb3会員ポイント制度はユーザーに提供する特色あるサービスであり、登録によるポイント付与、招待奨励、トークン交換などの権益を享受することができるが、これに限らない。
1.1登録とアカウント
会員は、登録するために真実で正確で完全な個人情報を提供し、タイムリーに個人情報を更新する必要があります。会員アカウントごとに1人限りの利用で、アカウントの共有や偽アカウントの共有は禁止されています。当社はプライバシーポリシーに基づいて会員の個人情報を厳格に秘密にすることを保証します。
1.2支払と返金
会員は指定された料金基準に従って料金を支払う必要がある。各種会員サービスの返金ポリシーは異なる場合があります、原則的にご返金できません。ご購入する前にご確認お願いします。
1.3会員権
異なる等級の会員は異なる権益とサービスを受けられます。会員は規定の範囲内で会員の権益を合理的に使用し、濫用したり他人に譲渡したりしてはならない。
1.3.1無料会員権
友達を招待して奨励する（毎回公表される奨励活動規則に準じる）。
1.3.2ポイント会員権益
会員はポイントを継続購入し、さまざまな機能を利用するとポイントを消費する。異なる機能、消費するポイントは異なるので、詳細は『ポイント価格表』を参照してください。
会員はポイントによって開発者が提供するすべての機能、AI Chat、AIツール、AI製図、AIデジタル人などを使用することができる、
友人招待奨励：招待コードを通じて友人を共有し、友人の登録に成功すると、招待奨励のポイントが得られる。
1.3.3特別会員
AIウィジェット提供者：ウィジェット創意者またはウィジェット所有者はポイント収益を得ることができる。収益はポイントで分配され、トークンに両替することができます。
コミュニティ貢献者：1000人以上の会員を招待すると、特別なポイント奨励を受け、ポイントをトークンに交換することができます。
空中投下奨励金（毎回の空中投下規則に準じる）。
3.権益解釈
2.1行動規範
会員はプラットフォームまたは組織の行為準則を遵守し、他人を尊重し、違法、侮辱、誹謗、低俗またはその他の不当な発言をしてはならず、他人の知的財産権またはプライバシー権を侵害してはならない。
2.2会員期間
会員の有効期間は、月別または年別の会員など、さまざまな有料モデルによって異なる場合があります。有効期間は通常、支払サイクルに対応します。会員期間が満了した後、会員サービスを継続して利用する必要がある場合は、規定に従って新たに料金を支払う必要があります。
2.3終了と一時停止
プラットフォームや組織は、会員が規則に違反したり、不当な行為をしたりした場合、会員資格を一時停止または終了し、返金しない権利がある。
2.4プライバシーとデータセキュリティ
プラットフォームや組織は、会員の個人情報を適切に保管し、許可なく会員情報を漏洩したり、他の用途に使用したりしてはならない。
2.5ルール変更
プラットフォームや組織は、会員規則を改正する必要がある場合、事前に会員に通知しなければならない。会員はルール変更後もサービスを利用し続ける場合、変更後のルールを受け入れたものとみなす。
以上の内容は、すべての解釈権は当社の所有であり、必要に応じて当社はいつでも調整する権利があり、事前に会員に通知する。
会员规则
OpenWeb3会员积分制度是为用户提供的特色服务，可享受但不限于注册送积分、邀请奖励、兑换Token等权益。
1.1 注册和账户
会员需要提供真实、准确和完整的个人信息进行注册，并及时更新个人信息。每个会员账户仅限一个人使用，禁止共享账户和虚假账户。本公司保证按照隐私政策对会员的个人信息严格保密。
1.2 付费与退款
会员需要按照指定的收费标准支付费用。各类会员服务的退款政策可能不同，原则上不予退还，请在购买前仔细阅读相关条款。
1.3 会员权益
不同等级的会员享有不同的权益和服务。会员应在规定范围内合理使用会员权益，不得滥用或将权益转让给他人。
1.3.1 免费会员权益
邀请好友奖励（以每次公布的奖励活动规则为准）。
1.3.2 积分会员权益
会员续购积分，在使用各类功能中会消耗积分。不同的功能，消耗的积分是不同的，详情请参考《积分价格表》；
会员凭积分可使用开发者提供的所有功能，AI Chat、AI工具、AI制图、AI数字人等；
邀请好友奖励：通过邀请码分享好友，并好友成功注册，将获得邀请奖励的积分。
1.3.3 特别会员
AI小程序提供者：小程序创意者或小程序拥有者可获得积分收益。收益以积分形式分配，并可以兑换成Token；
社群贡献者：邀请1000人以上的会员，会收到特殊的积分奖励，并可将积分兑换成Token；
空投奖励（以每次空投规则为准）。
2.权益解释
2.1 行为准则
会员应遵守平台或组织的行为准则，尊重他人，不得发布违法、侮辱、诽谤、低俗或其他不当言论，不得侵犯他人知识产权或隐私权。
2.2 会员期限
会员有效期可能因不同付费模式而有所不同，例如按月或按年付费的会员。有效期通常与付款周期相对应。在会员期满后，如需继续使用会员服务，需按照规定重新付费。
2.3 终止与暂停
平台或组织有权在会员违反规则或存在不当行为的情况下，暂停或终止会员资格，且不予退款。
2.4 隐私与数据安全
平台或组织应妥善保管会员的个人信息，不得未经授权将会员信息泄露或用于其他用途。
2.5 规则变更
平台或组织有权在必要修改会员规则时，应当提前通知会员。会员在规则变更后继续使用服务，则视为接受修改后的规则。
以上内容，所有解释权归本公司所有，且按需要本公司有权任何时候进行调整，并提前通知会员。
